The Aged Care Quality and Safety Commission requires home care providers to deliver services in accordance with the Aged Care Quality Standards. This involves providers having in place relevant policies and procedures.
We can assist by providing a set of template policies and procedures, forms and registers, which work towards meeting the requirements of the relevant Aged Care Quality Standards.
The Home care accreditation process can be overwhelming, particularly for new providers.
We can provide coaching that is tailored to your needs, and ideally can be timed around the key stages in the application process – though that is entirely up to you.
We are very flexible!
Coaching is purchased in blocks of three hours, and we can work with you to decide how to get the best value out of the coaching.
