Kathy Gronthos
Client Engagement Administration Manager

Kathy is the first point of contact for EFA’s clients. Kathy has had extensive experience working as a senior administrator in the health, disability and carer space in the Commonwealth and State Government. She has worked on national disability policy and carer agreements, government funding initiatives and policy strategies. Kathy also received the Departmental Recognition Award for her work on the development of the Commonwealth National Carer Strategy.
The last few years Kathy has been working in the private sector as a finance and office manager developing a new set of skills in managing the administration of a small business. She is very excited to be returning to the disability and carer sector at EFA and working towards achieving better outcomes for people with disabilities and their carers through helping providers be the best they can be.
In her spare time, Kathy is busy learning to be an amateur beekeeper and trying very hard not to get stung, although not always successful. She also has a passion for making handcrafted homewares out of concrete and eco resin.
